Introduction to Kayaking Course
An Introduction to Kayaking course will be run at Letterkenny Leisure Centre starting Wednesday 16th January 2008 and will run for 4 weeks You will need to be in the front lobby at 9.45pm for registration on the first night and will be on the water from 10pm until 11pm each Wednesday.
The course will cost €60.00 payable in advance. All equipment will be provided and participants should wear normal swimming attire.
The course will cover.
- Basic strokes
- Bracing
- Capsize
- Rescue
